For visitors in the United States, this can include your name, job title, company, business email address, and LinkedIn profile. For visitors elsewhere, it is limited to company-level information.

  • Service Providers: Squarespace (website hosting), HubSpot (CRM, email, and website analytics), Cookiebot by Usercentrics (cookie consent management), RB2B (visitor identification), and other vendors who assist our operations. These providers process information on our behalf and under their own privacy terms.

  • Legal Compliance: When required by law, regulation, or legal process.

  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or restructuring.

Shared Studios is based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries.
