Creating and Maintaining an Inclusive Team Culture: Strategies for Success
To maintain an inclusive team culture, organizations must implement equitable practices in hiring, promotion, and general support. While DEI initiatives aim to ensure equity, creating an inclusive workplace requires a team effort. This interactive conversation brings together community and organizational leaders, advocates for underserved communities, and an award-winning author and gender development expert who has positively impacted the lives of thousands of young women in Uganda. Participants will explore how to leverage everyday interactions to foster a more caring organizational culture.
